1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any of the functionalities provided by BetweenLines ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. If you do not accede to these stipulations in their entirety, you are expressly prohibited from utilizing the Service and must discontinue access immediately.

2. User Representations and Responsibilities

• Account Security: You accept sole responsibility for the confidentiality of your authenticating credentials. Any actions, unauthorized or otherwise, executed through your account fall under your liability footprint.
• Data Providence and Consent: By uploading conversational datasets (`.txt` files), you formally warrant that you possess all necessary requisite permissions, explicit or implied under applicable jurisdiction, from all participating entities within said data, to process their dialectal interactions for statistical aggregation.

3. Commercial Transactions and Subscriptions

Access to advanced analytical features is gated behind monetary compensation mechanisms, structured as recurring subscriptions ("Pro Plans") or one-time utility purchases ("Paid Credits").

• Payment Processing Infrastructure: We engage certified, PCI-compliant third-party financial institutions (e.g., Stripe, Inc.) to orchestrate the exchange of funds. You authorize us, via these third parties, to charge your designated payment instrument according to the selected tier.
• Refund Policy and Severability: All final transactions are generally non-refundable. However, in instances of demonstrable technical failure on our infrastructure preventing the delivery of the promised insights, remediation requests submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the Company.
• Subscription Termination: You reserve the right to revoke recurring billing authorization at any juncture. Your entitlement to premium functionality shall persist unaltered until the culmination of the extant billing epoch.

4. Restrictions on Permissible Use

You agree to abstain from employing the Service for any of the ensuing prohibited activities:

• Executing actions that contravene municipal, provincial, national, or international statutes and ordinances.
• Uploading semantic data containing maliciously compiled code, illicit material, or content explicitly intended to harass, defame, or otherwise cause psychological distress to any individual.
• Engaging in fraudulent misrepresentation, including the impersonation of BetweenLines personnel or the falsification of your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The statistical derivations, interactive modules, and analytical dashboards provided by BetweenLines are designed exclusively for entertainment, personal amusement, and non-commercial utility. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no prevailing circumstance shall BetweenLines, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliated entities be held accountable or legally liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, alleged loss of profits, reputational harm, data corruption, or intangible losses arising from your interaction with the Service.
